| A class where you can work on your overall fitness level with a trained professional. Join Melody on Monday, March 1st at 10:30 a.m. in our gym for 30 minutes of low impact aerobics and 30 minutes of strength training, stretching and balance improvement. Bring your weights and mat. |
| Both classes are COED—certified instructors. March 1st and March 2nd classes are FREE. Additional classes are $2 each. |
