I had the opportunity this past Sunday night to watch thirty of my kids be examples of Christ without even talking about Him. I was able to have front row seat to watch them deliver two different Thanksgiving baskets that they provided the food for. I then was able to come back to the church with them and sit at the head of a long row of tables and watch thirty youth and three other adults sit down to a youth Thanksgiving potluck that the kids provided the food for. I watched them eat together, laugh together, and get along all night. I watched them set up for the potluck and clean up afterwards. The next time I hear negative things about this generation, I will point to this night to prove that wrong and remind them of two young ladies who thought they weren’t going to have Thanksgiving this year and were squealing with delight because this group of kids provided a meal for them. Chris
